ENTRY: To enter the sweepstakes go to dasautomagazine.com and complete the entry form as directed. Volkswagen of America, Inc. (“VWoA”) not responsible for illegible, lost, late or misdirected entries, or for phone, electronic, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. One entry per person/household. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by PMC, an independent judging organization, on or about 9/15/10. Deadline for receipt of sweepstakes entries is 11:59 p.m. C.S.T. on 8/31/10. Winners will be notified by mail. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize of VW accessories, for the winner’s Volkswagen vehicle, valued at $2,500, not including cost of labor. Any associated labor costs are the winner’s responsibility. Three (3) First Prizes of a Garmin Nuvi 1490T GPS unit. Approximate retail value $399.99. Odds of winning any prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize Restrictions: Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited a Publicity Release, within 14 days of receipt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Should a First Prize be undeliverable or refused by the winner, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from all eligible entries received. Taxes on the prize and expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize indicated above not be available for any reason.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to licensed drivers who are legal residents of the U.S. over 18 years of age and current owners (at time of entry) of a Volkswagen vehicle. Employees (and their immediate families or persons who reside in the same household) of VWoA, subsidiaries, related companies, dealers and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.

GENERAL: Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged except as specified above and at the sole discretion of sponsor. Only one prize per household. By entering this sweepstakes, you accept and agree; a) to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, which are final and b) that VWoA, it’s entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this sweepstakes or any sweepstakes related activity; or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting prize winners grant (and agree to confirm they grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes and will post notice of such cancellation at www.dasautomagazine.com. In the event of cancellation or termination, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries legitimately received prior to the event causing such cancellation or termination.

WINNERS LIST: Names of prize winners will be published at www.dasautomagazine.com by approximately 10/1/10. Winners List also available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to VW Sweepstakes Winner P.O. Box 8500 Westport, CT 06888 for receipt by 10/1/10. VT residents may omit return postage.
